Canada Post Community Foundation stamp by Andrew Lewis

It is a complete honour and delight to announce I have designed the Canada Post 2016 Community Foundation stamp. An 18 month project in the making, produced a very fresh approach to a very complex design brief. A percentage of the stamp sales goes towards Canada Post's Community Foundation which supports charitable organizations that help out children across Canada. In my mind, it was all about helping and nurturing young people learn how to fly and literally spread their wings. Also creating a positive and unique image that will stand out and remain in the public's imagination was paramount in my own mind designing and illustrating this new stamp.
